I am Enik\u0151 Orosz, an organisational and business coach, trainer and organisational development specialist.<\/strong><\/p>

I did not begin my career as a coach. I graduated in economics.<\/p>

For more than fifteen years, I have been working in leadership roles in finance and business in an international environment. I continue to hold an active leadership role today.<\/p>

I have worked with new managers, mid-level and senior leaders, small teams as well as organisational units of over one hundred people. I have lived and worked in Germany and the United States.<\/p>

I have taken part in international leadership development programmes, including the globally recognised leadership programmes of General Electric. Later, I had the opportunity to contribute to the professional design and delivery of a leadership programme developed for senior finance leaders.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

This professional background shapes everything I represent in my work.<\/strong> As a leader, I have also experienced what it feels like when there is no visible problem but the question remains: am I moving in the right direction?<\/p>

I approach every question simultaneously from a business, human and organisational perspective, striving for sustainable results and value-driven, conscious choices.<\/p>

For me, analytical rigour and creativity \u2014 including playfulness \u2014 are not mutually exclusive. Alongside data, my decisions are also guided by intuition. To find the right balance, I consciously combine data-driven tools with LEGO\u00ae Serious Play\u00ae<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
