In this process, I do not provide ready-made answers or techniques. Instead, I support leaders in finding their own effective solutions.<\/p><p>At the beginning, we clarify the leadership situation they are in and define the state or goal they would like to reach. Together, we chart the way forward: the resources, the internal and external obstacles as well as the points where real change is needed. For this, I use various coaching tools, always tailored to the specific leader and situation.<\/p><p>Our work together is empathetic and clearly results-oriented at the same time.
