Which service is right for me?

NEXT LEVEL CLARITY is ideal if you are facing a specific leadership situation (a decision dilemma, a block, a conflict, etc.) and would like to gain clarity quickly and move forward.

NEXT LEVEL SHIFT is recommended when taking on a new role or levelling up, where the focus shifts from individual situations to taking your overall leadership practice to the next level and strengthening it.

NEXT LEVEL BUILD works best when your organisation or team needs shared understanding, stronger collaboration and more effective implementation.

Our collaboration begins with a 90-minute conversation where we determine the most suitable process. We assess the current situation and jointly decide whether it makes sense to continue, and in what format.

CLARITY coaching typically consists of 6 or 10 sessions, while SHIFT leadership development is a longer-term process, usually spanning 12–24 sessions.

BUILD organisational development consists of half-day, one-day, or two-day workshops. The duration always depends on the situation.

Coaching works effectively both online and in person.

In my experience, ideally, the first session takes place in person. The process can then be adapted to your schedule and current circumstances.

In-person sessions are held in Budapest at my own venue and, if required, can also take place at the leader’s Budapest office.

ProfileXT® is an online personality assessment that takes approximately 60–90 minutes to complete. It provides greater clarity on what drives the leader in day-to-day work:

  • what truly motivates them at work,
  • how they think, learn and behave in a professional environment,
  • what their strengths are and where their development opportunities lie.

 

It is particularly valuable when levelling up, taking on a new role, or facing increased pressure, as it shows how leaders perform in complex, high-stress situations. This provides a strong foundation for more conscious decision-making and focused development.

Leadership coaching (CLARITY / SHIFT)

The focus is on the leader. Leaders drive the solutions themselves, while I support structured, multi-perspective thinking and leadership development. I ask questions, provide structure, hold up a mirror and help ensure that their own decisions and workable solutions emerge and translate into real change in practice.

Organisational work (BUILD)

The focus here is on the team or the organisation as a whole.

Through facilitated processes, we create shared understanding, set clear goals, foster innovative solutions and effective collaboration, and cultivate genuine commitment to implementation.

If developing specific skills is also needed for further progress, I support it with targeted competency-building training.

In both cases, the goal is the same: achieving tangible progress that can also be applied in everyday work.
