’It is never too late to be what you might have been.’
George Eliot
I am Enikő Orosz, an organisational and business coach, trainer and organisational development specialist.
I did not begin my career as a coach. I graduated in economics.
For more than fifteen years, I have been working in leadership roles in finance and business in an international environment. I continue to hold an active leadership role today.
I have worked with new managers, mid-level and senior leaders, small teams as well as organisational units of over one hundred people. I have lived and worked in Germany and the United States.
I have taken part in international leadership development programmes, including the globally recognised leadership programmes of General Electric. Later, I had the opportunity to contribute to the professional design and delivery of a leadership programme developed for senior finance leaders.
This professional background shapes everything I represent in my work. As a leader, I have also experienced what it feels like when there is no visible problem but the question remains: am I moving in the right direction?
I approach every question simultaneously from a business, human and organisational perspective, striving for sustainable results and value-driven, conscious choices.
For me, analytical rigour and creativity — including playfulness — are not mutually exclusive. Alongside data, my decisions are also guided by intuition. To find the right balance, I consciously combine data-driven tools with LEGO® Serious Play®.
For me, leadership and executive coaching is not about giving advice, but about supporting structured, multi-perspective thinking in important leadership situations.
