Next Level CLARITY

Leadership and executive coaching

Next Level CLARITY individual coaching is designed for mid-level and senior leaders who want to gain clarity, set direction and move forward in a specific leadership situation that requires a solution.

This service can be important when there is a dilemma, blockage or decision-making situation that matters to the leader and where quick progress is desired.

Next Level Clarity leadership and executive coaching that sets direction

What does leadership coaching mean in the Next Level approach?

Next Level leadership and executive coaching is a structured, focused thinking partnership. In this process, I do not provide ready-made answers or techniques. Instead, I support leaders in finding their own effective solutions.

At the beginning, we clarify the leadership situation they are in and define the state or goal they would like to reach. Together, we chart the way forward: the resources, the internal and external obstacles as well as the points where real change is needed. For this, I use various coaching tools, always tailored to the specific leader and situation.

Our work together is empathetic and clearly results-oriented at the same time. The aim is that by the end of each session we define clear, tangible steps that bring change in practice as well.

The coaching process is carried out under strict ethical and confidentiality guidelines, in a safe and supportive environment.

In leadership coaching, we often work together on the following questions:

How do we work?

This is not consulting, but a structured, guided and well-focused conversational process where I am present as a thinking partner alongside the leader.

During the coaching process, I support the leader in:

In leadership coaching, I always tailor the tools to the specific situation and leader so that each meeting is followed by real progress.

I often work, for example, with perspective shifts, jointly reviewing established operating models, questionnaires and feedback tools (e.g. ProfileXT®).

When it is important to make connections or the consequences of decisions visible in a complex situation, or when a completely new approach supports the outcome, we use LEGO® Serious Play® elements.

How many sessions does leadership coaching consist of, and where does it take place?

The first coaching session is a longer, 90-minute conversation, preferably in person. First, we review the current leadership situation, clarify the questions, and jointly define the goal and which service will help achieve it.

Following this, leadership and executive coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes long, and we meet every two weeks – in Budapest or online, depending on what best fits the leader’s schedule.

The total length of the coaching process always depends on the specific leadership challenge, but it is generally 3–5 months, which means 6–10 sessions.

This is the time frame in which the insights gained during coaching do not remain merely thoughts but become tangible in the leader’s decisions and everyday practice.
