When leaders step up within the organisation and move into a new role, they face new — often unspoken — expectations while the right kind of support is frequently missing. The focus shifts from technical expertise to communicating effectively both upwards and downwards, providing direction and delivering results through others. Operational tasks increasingly give way to strategy, culture-building and inspiring the team.
An organisational strategy may already be defined, yet implementation often fails to move forward. Execution is slow, expected results fail to materialise, team members interpret expectations differently or communication breaks down. In such cases, standard meetings and traditional approaches are no longer enough.

I am Enikő Orosz, an organisational and business coach, trainer and organisational development specialist with international finance leadership experience. I work with leaders, teams and organisations to help them grow and perform well over the long term.
To me, leadership and executive coaching is neither consultancy nor motivational talk. It is a process in which I support leaders in stepping outside their situation, reflecting on the impact of their decisions and making informed, conscious choices that set change in motion.
As such, coaching is a structured yet creative thinking partnership — particularly in situations marked by high responsibility and pressure.

My aim is to help the leader consciously build this next level while fully considering the broader organisational context. The leader reflects on the impact of their decisions and works towards their own solutions.

I first heard about Barry Schwartz and his TED talk, The Paradox of Choice, from an acquaintance. I watched it that very evening, and as both a leader and a coach, I was surprised to recognize so many aspects of my experience.
